Quit poker for a while getting back into it

how do i find pokerstars hand history so i can get it into pokertracker

options > instant hand histories > click save my hand histories

next idiot question, tournament summaries... i go to import hand histories/tourament summaries and import my pokerstars hands... the tournament summaries aren't loading tho
