NL25 AK Should I be willing to stack off here?
Villain played a lot of hands(turned out 57/9 over 104 hands)
His two big wins came with K9S, one of which he called a $1.50 raise with preflop and flopped a flush against AA. The other one he limped pre, caught top pair and got it all in against two other players. Should I have done anything different? Did he instacall these? I think a value bet is in order. The flush didn't come, hes probably got diamonds or a king.

I don't know, fear probably. This was early in my playing day and I had already lost stacks with sets to runner runner straights and flushes.

Re: NL25 AK Should I be willing to stack off here?
I generally prefer to c/c this spot with these stack sizes.
Some players I valuebet 2/3 pot because they have a worse K they will call with- but here I suspect a busted draw. |

Re: NL25 AK Should I be willing to stack off here?
I'd fold to his raise unless I had more of a read on him.
I'm not sure what he is representing so it is understandable that you called, but he surely wouldn't think that you would fold to the $12 river bet the way you played it, which makes it a value bet in my mind. |
