I don't try to get people to fold overpairs anymore, especially donks, given that and he might call with 44-77 I odn't really like it.

Against a LAG player who likes to float I like it a lot.

i do this sometimes because IME the minraise on paired flops is usually a feeler with a mid pp trying to see where they are but i like to 3bet on the flop for a couple reasons:
A. if youre wrong, it doesnt cost you as much
B. seeing a turn card lets them boat
C. seeing a turn pot commits villain
