Default 7 days of poker, where to go?

I am a small stakes NL player (1-2, 2-5) looking for a week of just poker. Leaning toward Tunica Horseshoe, or should I head to Vegas or AC? How about Biloxi?

If you can't make the Carribean, Tunica will be just as hot and the mosquitoes are bigger!

LOL, but seriously folks, If it is going to be all poker all the time, the Horshoe in Tunica is hard to beat. Cheap rooms, free food lots of action.

If you are bringing a significant other, they will run out of things to do, probably on the first day but if they are heavily in to the Spa, they might last two days.

Food for thought. Florida has only had 1/2 NLHE for one month now, so there's an awful lot of awful players out there. Not that playing with a full table of awful players is necessarily +EV.

But you won't get the room rates or comps you'd get in Tunica.

Why would you not go to Vegas??? (I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Vegas!) Lol. Seriously though, there is everything to do there in case you need a break from the poker. Plus 1/2 NL is chock FULL of tourists there.

I love Vegas also. It has been about 2 years since there last. Is the action that much better at low limits?

Cue "Can a game be too good?" rant in 5...4...3...

Agreed, certainly better than anything else you'll get east of the Mississippi.

Ah, but there's that new "history of the Delta" museum, and then there's the memorabilia at the Hollywood, and when that gets boring you can go eat Krystals at that BP or whatever it is, and of course go into Memphis to see Beale Street and the Peabody ducks and eat at the Rendezvous.

Just kidding. 48 hours, tops. But if you're alone or your companion likes to gamble, Tunica has a lot to recommend it.

Wife, daughters and sister all going on a cruise, so its is poker only for 7 days. I have not been to Tunica for about 6 years and wanted to know if there was action there in mid week?
