Impossible to say without reads. Any previous BvB encounters? Has he been aggro or generally passive. What's your table image?

I'm not sure it makes that much difference. There's 2900 in the pot and you only have 605 behind. Not enough for a 2-4 outer, but too much to fold given the AcQx type possibilities.

I bet more on the flop because of the draws - and because I don't want to make it any easier for him to bluff this board than it already is.

If you'd consider folding to a push here, check behind on the turn. Better to give him a free card and call a cheapish, and more likely to be a bluff, bet on the river (or fold if it's real ugly and real expensive).

6-tabling, so no specific reads, but his stats over ~20 hands weren't outrageous. I figured the pot was too big to fold, and he showed Qh7d. Just making sure this wasn't as hard a spot as I thought it might be.

I hope you made a note. If you can't keep track while multi-tabling, it makes this sort of spot a lot easier if you know how they played it before.

This hand tells you heaps about his BvB play - he limp-called preflop with junk, he check/called a vulnerable top pair on a hypercoordinated board, and then decided to CRAI when a scare card hit and his opponent had just bet enough to get pot-committed. Very useful hand to note!
