Default playing in a limped pot from SB

Do I play this right ?

sitting in the SB ,

one open limp in front :
call : 45s + , 22+ ,
raise : at + , 99+

two (or more ) limpers in front :
call: one gap SC , PP , any two broadway cards
raise : tt+ , kqs + , ajs +

How do you play against limpers ?

Looks good except I like it a bit tighter:

Raise: AQo+, A9s+, 55+
