along with the drinking tons of water,I hear theres a fairly substantial increase of muscle tear when it comes to taking creatine without drinking a lot of water. confirm/deny?

Can we stop with the "drinking water" myth. I promise if you drink 8 glasses of juice each day you're not going to magically dehydrate.

Thats fine. I've just seen a ton of crap where someone is drinking like 4-8 liters of fluid in a day, but none is water and people are like "ZOMG drink water... I know you'll piss all day, but HYACHACHAHCAH its water"

Though yeah. I would assume dehydration to increase muscle tears, so it seems logical to believe increasing creatine dosages and being dehydrated would cause problems. I'm no scientist though. And I want to say most of the research in this probably isn't the greatest.
