[/ QUOTE ] Thats fine. I've just seen a ton of crap where someone is drinking like 4-8 liters of fluid in a day, but none is water and people are like "ZOMG drink water... I know you'll piss all day, but HYACHACHAHCAH its water" Though yeah. I would assume dehydration to increase muscle tears, so it seems logical to believe increasing creatine dosages and being dehydrated would cause problems. I'm no scientist though. And I want to say most of the research in this probably isn't the greatest. |
