I take it you're using Nature's Purest products. I've been taking their Glucosamine Sulfate product and MSM. I have arthritis in my knees (slightly knock kneed and years of basketball/sports taken their toll--and I'm 37 yrs old).

Since taking MSM/Glucosamine daily I have very limited use of ibuprofen which I used to take any time before running/playing a sport.

I've also recently started stretching my legs more and one day per week lift legs (squats, lunges, other body weight exercises--dead lift coming soon). That's helped a ton (shocker).

Cliff notes: I take MSM/Glucosamine and they've worked for me. I recommend.

I take one called recovery. It has MSM also in it. I have blown my knees twice and had joint pain also. I do find it does help.

Remember my granpa telling me i can feel it in my knees its gonna snow. I thought [censored]. Turns out i can too

does MSM do anything for you if you're healthy? I read the label and it says like a metabolic enhancer or something, maybe I'm thinking of nmh or some other stuff, but I figure I spend enough on vitamins.

I just take Glucosamine and some joint fluid thing in it. I dunno, I got it cheap and I've read enough positive things about it to use it in-season for baseball.
