Default Passive play with QQ, correct?

The opponent 25/20 had no previous read. Is it better to 3B the flop then go for the more passive play?

Meh, I think you can fold the river. I feel like if he were bluffing, he always bets this turn.

I don't like a flop 3bet at all unless you have a lot of history.
