As played you probably should fold, you built a big pot without being willing to play one, therefore you set yourself up for a tough decision.

Villain can have AsKs for sure but AA is literally 6x more likely.

This is probably a call as played (with the raise on the flop) with the odds that is layed out, but I really struggle with these hands myself, I've seen to many players at these stakes overvaluing a worse overpair to be convinced that ur behind. I probably just call the flop and re-evaluate, but it doesn't get easier to lay it down on the turn to another blank...
