Preflop question
Ok. Say I'm in BB. I'm at your average 1/2 table. 4 people limp and it comes back to me. What range of hands do you STILL raise from here even though all these people have limped to you?
Thoughts? |

Re: Preflop question
Depends on the limpers, I guess. AQ+, ATs+, 99+, KQs. Sometimes a bit looser.

Re: Preflop question
Wow--I really didn't know if it was a move that was supposed to be made or not--but I'll take you guys' word for it!
Appreciate all the responses guys. P.S. Is there such a thing as a contributed rakeback calculator? (I know it would just have to estimate it--but it's better than just a regular RB calculator because most sites do contributed RB now) |

Re: Preflop question
I don't agree with raising anything worse than AJo here.
Against these limpers they could have anything from crap to weak/semi-strong aces and middle pairs. These guys are very passive and usually very loose too. I seriously don't think you have an equity edge with QJs and the rasie won't make these bad passive players fold a hand when you bet into them if they have something. |
