It really varies in scale. I had it in one tit last year for about 4-6 months. If I didn't have such a sexified low bf% theres no way you could notice. As it were, it was pretty funny to get people to squeeze my one breast/fat deposit at parties all the time. They usually fade away, but a friend of mine had one for 3 years so he had it surgically removed. Ouch!

Hm, my doctor said they usually go away within a year. I had nearly golf ball sized lump of fat stuck to my ribs and it's totally gone now.
