boil some rice. add seasoning.

add any kind of canned beans (<$1)

add cheap meat (I like sausage). Sometimes you can find chicken on sale.

or put an egg on a hot skillet and toss in the rice and stuff.

cheap meal under a couple of bucks and will last for a couple of meals. You'll be full and happy and it's healthy. Invest in some vitamins if you don't vary your diet.

beans are good. Lentils are a great source of protein and are incredibly cheap. Civilizations have survived on just lentils in times of famines.

don't by premade or fastfood crap. You'll get so much more value out of cooking.
