tilty loose passive (now ultra LAG) caps, extremely loose passive calls on button, unknown-tightish villain cold calls 3.5, bb folds, utg calls 2, i call...

pot: 10bb

flop: As Ks Jd
sb bets, utg calls, i raise, fold to sb who 3 bones, utg calls, i insta-cap and say "i guess i'm going broke w/ this one", all call..

pot was messy so dealer wanted to count my cap... sb was kinda eager and said "yeah, he put enough chips in"

pot: 16bb

turn: 6h
sb bets, utg calls, i say "u r getting paid off buddy" and raise, he pretty much insta-3bones, utg folds, i....

what would you do if utg calls too?

Why say that gay stuff on the flop?

He's tightish, right? Looks like he can only have QTs beating you, would he play this for 4 bets cold? Can't imagine him going this crazy with 2 pair. Depends on how likely you think he is to play QTs PF, and overplay a worse set, but the combos are 60/40 for worse sets vs straight, I'd probably start calling down.

there are 4 QTs combos

there are 3 KK combos, 3 JJ combos and 3 AK combos

the AK and JJ combos will get less likely as sb keeps on raising, but he is kinda tightish so his range should be skewed towards these hands more bc of him cold calling pre flop

so, not only are there more combos sb could hold that we beat, he's MORE likely to hold one of these combos bc of the pre flop action

ALSO, we have 22% equity with our hand against QTs, which means the cost of a bet when behind is LESS than 0.6BB

add it all up and NOT 4-clowning would be CRIMINAL

nothing would change if utg would have called as well

Next time, say, "I guess you're going broke w/this one."
If these guys are as loose as you say, QTs is definitely a possibility. Are they stupid, or just loose??? He's OOP and it's HU after UTG folds, so I'm inclined to call 3-bet and hammer him if he bets into a paired board on the river...

Villian is the one guy you described as "tightish". Does he ever have QTs here? I pop it again. Then maybe I'd be making the same mistake twice. Couple weeks ago I was in almost this exact spot (villian had QJs which I didn't think he would call 4 could with.) and got smoked. Seriously, you are ahead of most of his range here.

Would SB really cold call a cap with Q10? Also, stop speaking during the hands, it will only hurt you in the end.
