Default 100NL preflop line w/ AQ oop

6max MP limps hero is in bb w/ AQ everyone folds to hero.
MP is 38/0/3.6/68
My thinking here is that villain is almost certianly going to call my raise, i also have villain as calling 40% of cbets so if i raise pf and cbet (and dont hit on flop or turn) i'll bbe left out of position not really knowing where i am, villain also has only seen 12% of showdowns so double barreling could be an option, whats the best line here?

So villain will call and fold when he misses the flop? Easy raise.

no villain will call preflopp and call on the flop with a lot of hands leaving me in a tough spot on the turn

If he calls c-bet 40% of the time, that means he only calls when he gets a piece of the board or has a good draw. Makes it pretty simple to play perfectly against him, especially in the cases where you both hit the flop
