Default NL25 - Instafold QQ facing AI on Axx board?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $16.90
Hero (BB): $26.75
UTG: $41.35
BTN: $31.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, SB calls $2.25

Flop: ($7) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets all-in for $13.40</font>

This is the second time I've 3bet villian with QQ. The first time he folded pf after a while. This time he thought about it again and called. His stats are 32/12.
Do we put him on an Ace here?

Suppose this was an unknown Villian with no history or reads? What's the line now?
