Default First Hand Post my AA raised on flop - did I do the right thing

OK, bear with me as this is my first hand post. I'll try to do the best I can.

3/6 Game Live

Hero is UTG with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I raise, fold to button who calls cold, SB calls, BB Calls.

8 SB to the flop.

Reads

Button is a solid older player, who normally plays his good cards passively, until at least the turn.

SB is a LA, who called me down earlier on a bluff I tried to make. He was killing time while waiting for a NL game.

The BB has been around for two or three orbits and I get the feeling that while he may play a home game, he is relatively new to casino poker. He got lucky earlier in a big pot on a BB special flush draw and is up for the moment.

Flop is 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets, button calls, SB folds (a surprise actually), and BB raises. Hero re-raises. Button folds, BB calls.

Turn 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Somehow I have the feeling he made his flush and I check the turn. BB checks behind.

River is 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check, BB bets, I call.

Tell me if I did anything wrong here. I thought about betting the turn, but my gut told me his hand was made.

Result in white below.

Turns out he has the flush (10 & 6 of diamonds) and I am beaten.

You're UTG so last to act HU with BB...right???
Bet the turn and if he check/raises, dump it. If he calls turn, check behind on river.

Your turn/river action is messed up, you should be in position on the turn/river if he is BB.

If he checks to me on the turn I'm betting here.

I don't see someone who is inexpierenced c/ring with a flush draw. It could be a set or two pair, but if so he would probably cap?

I'm betting the turn to see where we are at. If I'm c/red again I could find a fold.

Also, please dont post results.

I bet the turn; BB could easily have top pair with good kicker. If check/raised I think I call (I think the pot would be 10.5:1 right then and I'd have 4 outs to beat two pair). If I whiff on the river and he bets the pot is now 12.5:1; I think I have to make a crying call but I could be really really wrong on that.

He also may have checked the turn because he was afraid you made a flush. I'm thinking he called bftf with 33 or 55. I think you were probably beat but with the pot that size I would call the river after I checked the turn...jb

On second thought, I would bet the river here, too. You still have a strong hand, and he's not showing any real strength. But if he check-raises you either of the big streets, you're probably toast...

I'd bet the turn, but I wouldn't fold to a raise.

Yeah, it's kind of hard to tell what those home game players have. I don't put too much stock in a made flush yet, so I bet the turn again.
