You can raise the turn, opponent will call with plenty of jxxx hands that have not full housed yet. If your opponents are aggressive in position, you may want to check-raise the flop since that will allow you to charge the draws and get more of your stack in the middle while ahead.

I like the play for the most part, i would suggest leading the river with a half or 1/3 size bet. If he has a dry J, he'll prolly call and if he repots you can comfortably fold your middle boat to his Jacks full. Pretty standard i think.
