Definately raise the turn . Insta call the river as played for sure. AdQx, QxKd, smaller flush though most likely, if he didn't make a boat that is. Thats why you get the money in on the turn though... I dont even think I shove the turn just maybe like 70-80 more. Let him draw if he has one of the two above hands.

I would probably raise the turn, but given the scenario I would call the river and have it be gg me if he has the boat. But I really feel the all in bet on the river does not represent the boat. Unless he was positive you flopped the flush or had a very callable hand, he's not betting the better hand here.
