Default TP, When am I ever ahead?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $3.70
BB: $3.75
Hero (UTG): $11.10
BTN: $10.75 (No HU here, he's pretty loose VPIP 40ish)

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $0.35</font>, BTN calls $0.35, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.85) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $0.50</font>, BTN calls $0.50

Turn: ($1.85) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $1.10</font>, BTN calls $1.10

River: ($4.05) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

c/f the best line? Did it all go wrong even before the river?

If you were putting the BTN on a FD you were correct on turn and flop, depending on how much of a fish he is you maybe could have bet more to push him off FD.

C/F is best on river, if he has any pair he'll check behind you if he has a flush he'll bet so fold
