Default 2-5 NL live line check

I am having trouble with the hand converter so bear with me. Game is 9 handed, 2-5 NL live. A couple reads: UTG is a donk who raises his straddle no matter what. Main villain in the game is new to table, 2nd or third hand. No reads. Anyway, what do you think

BTN: $700
SB: $1000
BB: $600
UTG (staddle): $800
UTG+1: $600
Villain: $600
Hero: $600
MP3: $800
CO: $240

UTG+1 calls the straddle, Villain calls, hero calls with 5d5c, 5 folds, and straddler makes it $30. UTG+1 folds and villain and hero call.

Flop: 2d 3c 4d (pot~$100)

UTG bets $40 and villain calls. Hero raises to $140 and both UTG and villain call. (thoughts so far?)

Turn: 9s (pot~$520)

UTG checks and villain checks. I push $370. UTG folds and villain calls. Good? spew? any thoughts appreciated

i like it. villain has flush draw (something fairly strong) and i just dont see UTG smooth calling a big pair or set on the flop. your turn bet looks good and would pus most mid pairs and draws off

K. I thought I played it ok. Lets reverse situations and put ourselves in the straddlers spot. What do you need to call the flop raise? How about the turn? what about the villain? If you are the villain what is the minimum you need to call flop and turn? thanks

Pot is 210 on the flop and you raise 100 more? Too small. Stack sizes are a bit awkward, but all that is going to result is you getting your money in bad on the turn or being put in a tough spot on the flop. You should raise more on the flop to put pressure on overpairs and weak diamond draws. Villian played the hand badly anyhow. If vilian rolled a 9 with a flush draw, you will know what i mean....
