no, it wouldnt be very interesting. If they use a formula pseudo-RNG the results will be closer to expectation than a physical wheel. I also believe many of the large casino sites use physical RNGs, not formula generated RNGs. (Eg geiger counter or entropy states of some isolated piece of hardware).

If you find a bias, then the site is cheating.
