cant play wma files. dont know why.

i have downloaded some wma files from wgr550.com but when i open them, it says that real player needs to download additional software to play it. when i let it do that, it just fails.

what am i doing wrong? thanks

how are you opening them? Try opening up Windows Media Player and going to file-open and selecting the files.

The best option is to download VLC media player from here and use that for all your media playing needs. It can play pretty much anything.
