Hero calls. Opponent likely has absolutely nothing on this flop. At best he has TJQ type hand. You have position, smooth call the flop and raise the turn if it comes a low blank. Your ten also makes T7 less likely. Let your opponent bluff again, if that is what he is doing. Pot will be $6 on the turn and he will be all in barring a couple of bucks.

call and let one fall off, plan to lead the turn on a non scare card. If scare turn, possibly c/c to pair the board?

just raise, you are out of position and he will put in money with just as many hands now as on the turn.
