I'd 3bet the flop for sure here so I really can't say a ton about turn+river. Seems like an odd spot for him to bet with much less than 2pr on the river, and I'm not sure he'll have 65s often enough for you to be calling in that spot, especially with CO still to act.

Not 3betting the flop in this spot is a large mistake.

If I had just called the flop raise, I would raise the turn. If the CO had 7x he would probably raise the flop, if the BB had just a naked 7 he would probably just call the flop in that spot. The BB's most likely hand in this spot is still just 6x IMO.

By raising the turn you get more money in the pot with the likely best hand. You also force the CO to pay the maximum if he turned a FD or you force him to either incorrectly call or correctly fold with a hand like 3x or 9x. If the Co folds you also eliminate the possibility of a 3way chop on the river. If you get 3bet I would call down unless I had a very strong read that I could fold the river UI against whomever 3bets me.
