Default 200 headsup questions NLTRN

ok this was a 200 non turbo headsup sitngo and i thought it was interesting looking at the hand through my opponents view and the line he took

This was about 10 hands in nothing special has happened so far and it is the first time i had reraised preflop thus far and my opponent had two 9s.
so what do you think of his play on all streets and also the range of hands i have after every street?

Seat 2: ME (1610 in chips)
opponent: posts small blind 10
ME: posts big blind 20
*** HOLE CARDS ***

opponent: [9c 9d]

opponent: raises 40 to 60
ME: raises 140 to 200
opponent: calls 140
*** FLOP *** [7d 7s Qs]
ME: bets 250
Opponent: calls 250
*** TURN *** [7d 7s Qs] [5h]
ME: checks
opponent: checks
*** RIVER *** [7d 7s Qs 5h] [4c]
ME: bets 1160 and is all-in

Hopefully getting 9s to fold when it's ahead.

ummm, I think this is a horrible bet by you, especially without reads, but from opps view this early I would probably toss it knowing nothing about you and not having seen your sharkscope :-p

obv A7 trying to get some extra action ;p, jk, Although it does look like he's simply trying to push a missed spade draw off of the hand (retarded)... I don't know if this is a definite call by villian... I think the flop large hand OOP -> bet -> ck to try to get the in pos. player to give you extra action -> shove is a common line by weak players (no offense OP, again, know nothing about you), i'd like to see some others say call/fold though

Villain's line forces him to call the river doesn't it?
