bonds is great a great player and everything, but its pretty obvious after reading the book Game of Shadows that he cheated and did all the steroids and all of that crap.
imo, i dont think steroids made him a better player but it definately prolonged his careeer which allowed him to break the record. he is fraud. all of this doesn't matter because in 8 years A-Rod will smash Bonds' record and hopefully everyone will forget about Bonds. A-Rod will be the best player to ever play the game when his career is all said and done. edit: i'm just glad its over and i don't have to hear anything about the record or Bonds. p.s. its a brag to have witnessed history*
