Top Two Drawy Flop
Alright I took a long hiatus from limit hold 'em. I was mostly a lurker here before, but read a lot and was playing as high as 3/6 before taking a nasty downturn. After trying NL for a while and finding it's not for me I am back and plan to be more active on the forum. I'm planning to start low and build my way back up. No real reads since I had just started playing and haven't played this level in a really long time.
Button seems like he could be decent. SB seems like he could be the typical .25/.5 fish. PF is standard. On the flop I debated leading and hoping the BT raised to make the SB face two cold. At the moment I changed to the cr thinking I can get SB to put two bets in on the flop incorrectly with some fairly weak hands here since he seems like he likes to call (he may put in two with overs if he does it one at a time, where facing two cold he probably folds). Now after reviewing I'm not sure I like it. On the turn the BT raise made me pause, but decided it probably meant a big pocket pair and doubted the 9 helped unless it is 99. Is a 3bet spew here? River was trivial. Re: Top Two Drawy Flop
The only hands i would be worried bout r 87 & 99, but any overpair or A9 (or even T9+) may play like this as well, so yeah this looks fine.

Re: Top Two Drawy Flop
Looks fine though somewhat close since although you have the best hand quite a bit on the turn, your equity edge probably isn't that great overall (haven't run numbers but seems that way intuitively).

Re: Top Two Drawy Flop
I hate money, and even I call here PF.
to answer some other ppl, No, he doesn't have a straight or 99 or 66 or 55 that often. He has AA, KK, A9 most of the time, so three town, and call down to further aggression. Folding PF, lmao Yes, very easy turn three bet, and I'm a pussy on the turn, so if I'm three betting, it's very easy |
