Two hands @ 10/20, party, deepstack, standard?
I've been taking shots at 10/20 and so far noticed significant changes, people are much more aggro and can read your soul sometimes, ugh. It feels like the game is so different that I need to stop and question some yet so far "standard" moves.
The villain is the same in both hands and has been limping weak and limp-folding sometimes, and other times just folded to a c-bet. Mostly he has been pretty passive and he's running at 19/8/0,9/29% (VPIP/PFR/TOTAL AF/WTSD) over 333 hands. Could he have been slowplaying JT and didnt see the point in raising the turn since the flush came and now filled up? I dont know if it has any impact on how he plays but w/o reads I put him on a set. Although why bet so big on the turn? Hero hurries up and folds? |

Re: Two hands @ 10/20, party, deepstack, standard?
hand 2 is shocking, raising the flop at all is marginal but then calling a reraise vs a 19/8 is just horrifying
hand 1 is real tough but i think you have to call because he could be valuebetting worse (its less than PSB and you will check behind but might call AK etc) |

Re: Two hands @ 10/20, party, deepstack, standard?
Thank you for your insight but why dont you like a raise on the flop? Dont you think we'll get value from many PPs that hasnt setted as well an occasional AK (his WTSD is kinda high 29%)?
I actually kinda lost when it comes to those situations. I've just seen a really aggro game at 10/20 and decided to be aggro myself, although I might wanna motivate the aggression first |
