i was hoping to find some worse play there. i lose a bit less on a couple of those, but it looks like some standard doomswitchery. maybe you just left out the ones you played bad.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think this is an easy fold to a c/r and smooth call. But the rest seem to be pretty standard.

Flop: ($16) 8 5 J (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $11.00, SB raises to $40.00, UTG calls $40.00, Hero raises all-in to $91.00, SB calls all-in for $72.00, UTG calls all-in for $61.67
Uncalled bet of $10.33 returned to SB

Turn: ($310.34) 7 (3 Players - 3 All-In)

River: ($310.34) 3 (3 Players - 3 All-In)

Pot Size: $310.34 ($3 Rake)

SB had 9 T (a straight Seven to Jack) and WON (+$200.67)
UTG had 9 Q (high card Queen) and LOST (-$106.67)
Hero had Q Q (a pair of Queens) and LOST (-$96.00)

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, you may be right. SB was 18/16/3 so he may be doing this with AJ/KJ there. UTG was a complete fish 67/7/0.5 so I'm way ahead of his range.

actually i meant more like the 99 vs 77 hand (raising the river seems silly - nothing worse than a split is gonna call and a reraise really puts you in a bad spot) and the call in AQ hand is kinda suspect, but i doubt i would find a fold there either at the table.

ohnoes, strat!

Yeah good point, villain was 26/11.5/1.6. I thought making a small raise might get a call from a bare 10. Flat call does seem a lot better in retrospect.

lol im down 13 buyins at 100NL and 4 buyins at 200NL. still got little over 3k left, wonder if I should move down... Having a 10bi day at 50NL now would tilt the hell out of me lol. Im still rolled and if i start playing again it shouldnt affect my play.

I didn't read the HH, but your won at show down number is a pretty clear indicator that you are running bad. I'd play each session until you feel you are playing poorly and then quit. You'll eventually come out of this. I'd also consider tightening up to more of a 19/15 until you start winning again. I think that when you're running bad those marginal hands can really get you into some bad spots.

I thought won $ WSF was a better indicator of how you're running, that's a good bit lower then usual too.

I know I'm running bad but I'm worried that it's affecting my confidence and hence my play, I've been second guessing myself more than usual. People saying that I didn't play the hands too badly is a boost though.

I tightened up a little bit already, maybe I need to tighten up some more.

OK I'll put a bit of strategy in BBV. You get raised on the river at $100NL then 1 pair is never good.

Thank me later.

just play through it,don't stop playing hands it wont keep going down. 10k hands is nothing. just keep stabbing away at it i dont think you are playing to many hands i think your vpip is fine and your pfr is okay but i like mine more around 16 personally..anyways yeah keep plugging away at it
