FTP checks are not coming on time -- Why?

They arnt even responding to my emails anymore. July 16tth for me... No check

Everyone who has not received a check from either the 16 or 21 need to send a e-mail to full tilt. Obviously there is a processing problem send them an email saying that you know several people who have not received their checks from he 21 of july and ask them to explain the problem and to look into it. It is unacceptable now 14th busIness day for me and 16th mailing day. INEXCUSABLE!

My name is Paul and I am a member of the check team. We have received
your emails.



On August 3, it was discovered that checks from July 21 had not been
sent out due to human error. These checks were sent to processing on
August 3, and are now in the mail.

We are backlogged on emails and have only had the opportunity to get to
your concerns today. We apologize for the delay with the checks and with
our response.

I don't know what is going on there, but I have a feeling they did not send from a bunch of other days.

I have always gotten mine in 3-7 days, but it has been 9.

that is why i make a big deal out of it. send them an email until u get the response you expect trust me if you think it has not been sent it probably hasn't. After 8 business days i send an email after 1 have a strong feeling it is not coming and i want a reason. GOOD LUCK FOR U and me these checks are always pot luck.
