villain is 40/22/2.5 over 80 hands, no good reads. and should I make it more preflop?

this sucks, cause btn looks like a donk who went on a run (4buyins) and now wont fold anything because he's "running hot."
i honestly dont know what the best line is here. i myself would probably check it to him and see what he does, then go by feel from that point. possibly even crai. this might not be optimal, but i think button will give away his hand if you check it to him. if you lead out and he calls, it will be hard to tell if he has an ace, an 8, spades, some other weird [censored] that he's "feeling" like 45. |
