The OP pic is a bad one...the eyes have something weird (drunk) going on. Knowing it's drunk-face is cool but on the pic alone I'd say 5.

That said, with the one posted with the other two people in it, I'd say 7. MUCH better pic. Knocked to a 7 cause you can't judge the body...with a smokin' body I'd go plenty higher.
