20NL - TxTd on an all-diamond flop
I'm posting this hand for a friend of mine that I was sweating, so I don't have the hand history. I'm trying to help him out a little bit. However, it's been a long time since I played this level, and I've never played FR. So I'm a little bit lost as to hand ranges.
Villain is MP and running at a nice and fishy 47/13. I don't expect him to be raising terribly light, but I think TT fares well enough against his range to isolate him here preflop. Maybe this reraise is too light for 20NL FR? How about postflop? 20NL FR table on iPoker. MP's stack is ~$9, Hero covers. Preflop: Hero in SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG+1 limps, MP raises to $0.80, Hero raises to $2.40, it folds around to MP who calls. Flop: ($5.20) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero bets $3.50, MP calls. Turn: ($12.20) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Hero just puts the last $3 in? |

Re: 20NL - TxTd on an all-diamond flop
I would make it $3 preflop, which allows you to make a pot sized-bet on the flop to put him all-in.
As played, you are committed to call his last $3 getting like 5:1 if he pushes, so you might as well bet because there is probably a tiny chance he will fold. |

Re: 20NL - TxTd on an all-diamond flop
Why not shove the $6.5 on the flop, it is only slightly larger than pot sized
