BRAG: perfect game + moveupaments

first post in a while, first BBV thread.

quick background: played strictly LHE online a lot two years ago, ran great, cashed out about $20K from $50, tried doing this again twice and bustoed due to combination of running back down to earth, lol verydrunkblackjackaments, and being no longer discplined enough to grind and semi-retired from online. Put a c-note back in about a month ago and re-grinded up to $500 after bonus, trying to enjoy and concentrate on the game again which, for me, is easier to do when I'm back to playing for peanuts.

Also an avid bowler for about two and a half years now, and during Sunday night league play I was able to finally bust the cherry and close out my first 300 game. I realize that this isn't as rare/tough as it once was (much like winning, say, a poker tournament lol), but it's still a pretty damn nice rush. about 45 people or so checking out the last ball, and despite nothing being on the line, I was pretty nervous, but buried it. 12 solid pocket balls, no brooklyn, no crappy strikes. place erupted. awesomeness - especially since not even a month ago I had to deal with a heart-wrenching 289 (left the ten pin on second ball of 10th).

so, as one might imagine, the 300 resulted in me drinking significantly more than a typical Sunday night (which is already a lot). So upon return I decided it would be wise to "press my luck Peter" and play some 100NL with 20% of my roll when already half-passed out (remember I'm generally a LHE player, at least online and in casinos - NL with friends). I inexplicably woke up with $1400 in the roll and not a very vivid recollection of how it got there. I'm back baby!

BRAG: f*cking 300 game, almost tripled bankroll, got digits and the admiration of the fly girl who had a good enough res camera to get a good shot of me in front of the scoreboard, felt excited by poker for first time in years.

BEAT: my bankroll is $1400 after tripling it, 100NL is a "shot" for me, my league is not considered sanctioned so I don't get a 300 ring, i'm still paying for lack of productivity at work yesterday.

VARIANCE: Will I be able to go back to LHE and/or grinding or will I stay in shot taking mode until busto like I've done since initial run?
