A 2 suited with a dangler

Should you play a hand like Ad 2d 2h 9s?
I know the book by McEvoy and Cloutier says you should not play hands with 'danglers' in PL Omaha. The 9s is the obvious dangler here, but the A 2 suited offers a scoop potential.
