FULL TILT POKER IS SLOW

I was playign at my friend's house and one of my friend couldn't log on his Full Tilt account, so I tried to enter on my laptop, and I couldn't saying : The system cannot log you in, email to .....@fulltiltpoker.com

Then, when I tried to enter MY account, it said the same thing. I immediately emailed them and I haven't got an answer in like a week. I only entered on my account on my laptop and now I can't on any computer.

COMON FULL TILT!! Your service is awful
