River: ($298) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets all-in for $394.50, (relative raise is pot size)

OK so I never raise AT UTG but CO was a 55/4 fish and he posted so I thought a raise was meh.

Anyway button calls me and he's a 22/19 tag. I dont know if he notices that I'm very tight UTG so I'm thinking he has a low/mid PP and is going to try and figure out if its good or not. I decide to tell him its not. Any good?

You have set yourself in a bad spot and it's tricky to say when to 3barrel or not. A read here would be good if he's a bit nitty it might work but in general don't try to make this move because many 22/19 will call you in this spot.

also it will depend at your image in this spot

I think the only thing he's calling here with is a slowplayed set, which is possible but sort of unlikely because of the FD on the flop. I think this is ok, unless your image sucks.
