100+9satelite turbo I think I lost the tourney there by folding ?

ok lets first give you a little background
I usually play 6-10$ sng or mtt occasionaly i go crasy and play a 20$ but thats about all


but I won a 26$ tourney token in a sng i entered by mistake then saw this tourney for 26$ with 100+9 guaranteed and only 2 ppl so joined and qualified

unable to unregister I had to play it (it was a satelite to a 500$ tourney but the good news is that 6 place paid 2xx and 7 150ish with 26 ppl that seemed doable

I knew I was facing much better player and altered my standard loose game to be more causious

in this perticular hand I felt that if one had an ace and one a pair i was a big underdog so folded

busted out in 11 because my stack was becoming small and my AQs met KJo (we all been there)

in a recent post someone said don t focus on your bad beat but on where you could have improved your stack

what are your thoughts should I have shoved, called and folded flop ??
