I would raise this up preflop, but anyway.

I'm not folding this. Since he's unknown how do you know he isn't just out of line w/ AT, KT, AK, AA, JQ and a bunch of other hands you beat? It's not that common for people to limp 99/TT UTG and yes he could have T9, but w/o a read I think your fold is bad.

i'd call. the limp reraise is kinda odd but id pay to see.
I maybe dumb but he brought in for 200bbs and is down to 150ish and you haven't got an idea of how he plays?

you should raise any pair on the button.
you are beating a ton of hands and hands that beats you r less likely. call 100% on this scenario.

without notes/stats its impossible to say, but he have T9 sometimes.

just a question, you have a good bankroll to play NL 100?? seens an easy call on the river.

some notes about how he lose 25% os his stack helps you a lot to make decisions like that
