I agree it's a call, but I'm surprised at everyone saying it's an easy one. SB checks. The action behind him goes bet-raise. SB then check-re-raises AI. No way in hell is he doing this with something like AJ, and maybe not even with AK.

You probably wanna make a note on both of these players that CO slowplays his premium holdings and that SB is LAGtarded and will call RR w/ trash OOP
