NL 100 - Turning Q,Q into a bluff

I know this is a minute hand, but this looked like a great spot to pull off a bluff. However, is this just spew? I am a 16/10 TAG player and c-bet almost all of the time and this hand is against a 18/9 reg who I believe is capable of throwing decent hands away. Basically I am looking to fold out any hand besides A,K and 6,x.
