It was solid, which I say as a bit of a putdown. Should have been so much more. South Park: The Movie rose above what it was as a TV show and became something wholly different in its move to the big screen. The Simpsons, however... eh...
Just paste 3 episodes together and you're more than halfway there.

I found the movie serviceable with a few very clever moments (but way too many throwaways like the Irish kid). It was also nice to see Homer back to being a good guy, albeit stupid.
