Villain has been playing very loose (this is a $10+1). Should I make an all-in cbet, and hope he doesn't have an ace and/or hope that another spade falls?

No. And never on Sunday.

If he has an Ace or a spade, it doesn't matter what you do, all the money's going in.

If he doesn't have an Ace or a spade, he'd have to be a true idiot to call now. So just check/call all the way and hope he swings at it with a worse hand. If not, bet the river for value.

This might actually be one of those rare times when you can use the Check/Call Any auto-action button. As previously stated, check because your hand has a lot of value now, free cards are good, and it induces bets from weaker hands as well, rather than just getting it in against the stronger ones.
