If i planned to call river, i'd probably intentionally time down on the turn, maybe since you did this albeit unintentionally, plus the fact your hand is face up, makes this a call? I dunno..

Is he shoving TT-AA here presumably?

raising flop is totally fine dependidng on history. combo of thin value and expected spew. if you rarely raise flop, this is a bad place to start.

calling down here once in a while is fine and calling down here always is horrible and folding here always is horrible. there's nothing more to it than that.

this is pretty simple. he knows what you have most of the time, so based on that would be try to get you off of it or not? basically a spot where most people would assume that the board is so dry 3-barrels are rare, so does that increase or decrease his 3-barrelling frequency.
