Default Stars 16 QQ against minraise and 3 callers

First hand, so no reads and no stats.

Raise or push? Surely calling is not an option.

reraising to 160 is not enough, it is gonna create all sorts of problems for you. you do not want to see a flop with QQ 6 handed. i think 240 will get the job done of both building a pot and thinning out the field a bit.

Are we allowed to call? Also what's the plan against a push if we make it say t220?

Yeah - has to be 230ish - there's 230 in the pot when you call the 40. 270 is pot-sized, but a bit less will do the job and help with pot control.

Good question.

I often call with JJ here, but with QQ I suppose I raise because
- there are a lot more flops I will like with QQ
- I'm more likely to win unimproved against one opponent
- I want a lot of money and not many opponents in on the flop

If a raise gets it HU with 1/3 of the pot contributed by the folders, that's got to be a good thing. I'd be very happy to call a push. EP minraises don't mean anything here.
