ugh projectile vomit 10/20 HU
Villain here is pretty straightforward and seems to have little/no handreading abilities in addition to being really passive and surprisingly tight for HU. He's really a fairly ideal opponent. A couple times he has limped button and I have checked, donked flop and c/f turn. This spot is obviously different since I raised pf but I thought it would look the same to him so I c/r turn. The way he has been playing I felt a 7/4 was his most likely hand on both flop and turn with a draw next most likely and a 9 fairly unlikely (he had been raising flop with top pair). He is capable of open limping A high here and showing it down for sure but I don't know if he calls turn c/r with that.
Should I bet/fold or c/c? I feel like I'm on crazy pills this past week because every single hand the board manages to come in some unbelievably sick way to never let me win a pot. Re: ugh projectile vomit 10/20 HU
i think bet fold looks right here if he's gonna call with ace high.
His check raise on the turn doesnt seem to make any sense so hard to give him credit for a 9 he probably has some kinda semi bluffing hand a suited ace or maybe A4 of diamonds which picked up a flush draw so id just bet and hope he doesnt raise. |

Bet amounts would help alot unless it's limit?

Re: ugh projectile vomit 10/20 HU
if he isn't going to bluff with J4 or whatever then you have to bet/fold. FWIW you're very rarely going to see a raise here, because even if he has a 7 you're kinda repping a 9.

Re: ugh projectile vomit 10/20 HU
there's a difference between bluffing at least 1 time in 8 and bluffing more than he calls with ace high.

Re: ugh projectile vomit 10/20 HU
Based on your perception of his range (either draws or hands that just pwned you or hands that need to bluff), c/c seems obvious. Bet-folding gives up too much and he could even spazz and bluff raise here (guys like this sometimes run some weird/retarded bluffs).
