Nah not really. Unless you have a reason to believe you're getting raised a lot on the flop (which I don't think will happen that often on this flop, but checking villains raise c-bet-% would be nice) you can get the free card you're taking on the flop on the turn instead. Besides I think you'll be taking this down a far from insignificant portion of the time.

Whether or not I bet this flop is highly villain dependant (how loose and aggressive they are), but betting the flop does def not commit you to bet the turn because betting the flop has lots of other pros than getting Jx to fold.
