From what Ive seen he never plays any of the winning/competent regulars, just the ones who is considered rather fishy at the highest stakes.

Of course he can do whatever he wants...its his money after all, just saying that he seems to consider himself rather weak (in 10K to 40K-games) since he only dares to play the very weak ones.

a) sbrugby said himself he considers OMGCA to be one of the better 300/600 players.
b) the same thing would happen as if anyone tried to not play the top 5 regs at their level; they might be among the best but they spare less profitable situations and higher swings.
