Re: FT200, 6m, AK reraised, checked down facing river bet
I expect villain to bet almost his entire range on the turn: small pairs, monsters, A-high, non-A air, draws.
His tanking on the flop and then checking is highly suspect. Either he is affraid of a c/r with a showdown hand or he is contemplating a bluff. Once I check the turn, then he should be betting, but he doesn't. Now, the river. Either he is trying to rep a bluff, or he is bluffing. Because it's obviously hard for me to call here with K or A high. My own range should be very well defined. |

Re: FT200, 6m, AK reraised, checked down facing river bet
Well,
I call because 1. I think his flop line (tanking and checking) reeks of tempting to bluff but chickened out. Then after I check the turn again, I expect him to bet his entire range from small pps to monsters (smallish bet) to air. One hand that might check behind turn is one with showdown value, namely A-high. I feel on the river he is trying to win the split or get me off a better A-high. His bet is clearly designed to not be called. I don't think this villain is capable of checking two streets behind and then set up this play to rep a bluff when he has a monster. Anyway, Villain has JTo and this was a tough decision to make and I tanked all the way. |

Re: FT200, 6m, AK reraised, checked down facing river bet
fold
looks like a big hand(meybe a SET) that he fells he missed value on all streets and is trying to take some $$ potting the river also u have good odds to call if u fold x dead he bets x u call x if u win u gonna make x+2x so 1 in 3 u must be right |
